The National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) has warned us that private attorneys are offering to represent individuals seeking relief from detention under the Nava case and are charging $500.

You do not need to seek private representation and pay for this support!

Free support is available!

Individuals in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Kansas, Kentucky, and Missouri may be eligible for release if they are detained after an arrest without an administrative order or during a traffic stop.
